Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you track orders, save a wishlist and re-order faster.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal through a secure, encrypted checkout. Your card details never touch our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we will amend or cancel it free of charge.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days in the Benelux and Germany, 5–9 days across the rest of the EU and 10–20 days worldwide. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see the exact cost and delivery estimate for your country.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on EU orders over €6.44. Below that, the cost is shown in full in your cart before you pay.
Products & safety
Are your toys safe for children?
All toys we sell are intended for the age range shown on the product page and are supplied to meet EU toy safety requirements (EN 71 / CE). Items containing small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years — always check the age guidance on the product page.
How do I choose the right size plush?
Every plush lists its height in centimetres in the product title and variant options. As a guide: 20–25 cm suits toddlers and travel, 30–40 cm is the classic gift size, and 50 cm and above makes a statement birthday present.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock variants cannot be added to the cart. Contact us with the product name and we will tell you when it is back or suggest the closest alternative.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging under EU consumer law. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Photograph the item and the packaging and email us within 30 days. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the return, and usually much sooner.
Gifts
Can you send an order as a gift?
Yes. Add a note at checkout and we will leave the invoice out of the parcel and send it to you by email instead.
What is a good gift for a 3–5 year old?
