Where we ship
Toys Online Store ships from Europe to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, with worldwide delivery available to most other countries at checkout. Enter your address in the cart to see the exact cost and delivery window before you pay.

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times start from the dispatch date, not the order date, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Peak periods such as Christmas and Black Friday can add a few days.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over €6.44 within the EU.
- Below €6.44, standard shipping is calculated by destination and weight and is always shown in full in the cart before payment.
- Express shipping is available at checkout where our carriers support it.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also follow every order from My Account. If the tracking has not moved for more than five business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Customs, duties and VAT
All prices shown include VAT for EU destinations, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery inside the EU. For orders outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Missing, delayed or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 30 days — we will send a replacement or a full refund. Parcels that have not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date are treated as lost and replaced or refunded at your choice.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, in line with EU consumer law. Full details are on our Política de Reembolsos y Devoluciones page.
